Does Purity Really Exist?
Hollywood has the biggest influence on America. Christians interact with magazines, television, social media, internet, word of mouth and many other channels of information. Keep in mind that leadership starts with living a life by example. The image received through these sources (magazines, television, etc…), gives meaning to many viewers of the “ideal person” in purest form (be it imagination or visual); “this is what a man/woman is,” “this is how success looks,” “true love looks like this.” Actual significance, adventure, relationships and certainty come from being pure. Pure does not mean doing everything right every time; man can not make man pure. With out living a life worth following (especially when you are not held accountable by any person) is what defines a true leader. Gods molds forms and shapes who you are for His will. Shift where your entertainment comes from. Magazines, television, friends, and social life are some of the ingredients to who you are and are becoming; live for God and shift your environment to surround yourself with things like Him. This not only allows you to live life in it’s purest form – having the most intimate and meaning full relationships, accomplishing goals and reaching success, experiencing adventure and really feeling accepted, knowing that every systematic approach will show quality and effectiveness – it’s also grants you with what God has purposed you to accomplish in life. So seek out true purity and shift your atmosphere so that it pleases God and delivers His purpose to you for your life. (Isaiah 6:5-6)
